When Vince Heinz joined the real estate business over 18 years ago, he made a commitment to represent his clients with the highest caliber of professional service ever experienced. During that time, Vince has earned and retained a wealth of professional experience, knowledge, sophisticated resources and unique skills in real estate to help his clients reach their real estate goals. More than 95% of his business is repeat clients or referral based. He has worked with one of his clients on over 45 transactions. These ongoing relationships with his clients and their referrals are what keeps Vince excited about real estate daily. His clients are the most important thing in his professional life!
Vince is a proud father of two children and bonus dad to two more. He enjoys traveling with Kayce and exploring new restaurants. When he has time, he loves to run on Lady Bird Lake Trail or mountain bike on one of the many amazing trails Austin has to offer.
KAYCE
Kayce Heinz is uniquely positioned as an expert in the local real estate market. With over 17 years of marketing and community relations experience, she has her thumb on the pulse and is immersed within this incredibly booming market. Kayce is a proud mother of two children and bonus mom to Vince's two. She enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys watching college football and playing competitive sports.
AMY
Amy Beard grew up in the Austin area and has lived in the city since 1991. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004 and has been a Realtor® since 2018. Prior to then, she worked in and around the Texas Legislature for 18 years. In both her first and second careers, Amy is known to relentlessly advocate for her clients. She has mastered the art of negotiation thanks to all her years lobbying in the Capitol. Now, she loves assisting clients in finding the best home to suit their real estate needs.
Since 2011, Amy has served on the Board of Directors for the Center for Child Protection in Travis County. The Center is the only non-profit involved in the investigation of crimes against children.
Amy lives in West Austin with her husband Blair and their two children.
